Registration Procedures of the 3rd edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2024)

This privacy notice has been prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”).

Registration Process of Diplomatic Forum:
We process your personal data in order to register your participation for the third edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2024), to create the list of participants, to inform you about the program of the third edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2024) in a timely manner, to accredit you for individual sessions at the Forum and to communicate with you about the activities to be held within the scope of the Forum.

If you are a general participant;

• Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller

• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of any right.

• Data processing is mandatory for the data controller to be able to perform its legal obligations.

2. To Whom and for Which Purposes We May Transfer Your Personal Data?

Within this framework, your personal data in question may also be transferred to the relevant third parties in the country in accordance with Article 8, paragraph 2 of the Law No. 6698.

İ. If you are an official delegation participant; we can share your Identity Information (name, surname, nationality), Contact Information (phone number, e-mail) and Personnel Information (title, institution title) with domestic suppliers, business partners and service providers located in Turkey in order to receive service and consultancy support (technical maintenance, support and audit services, infrastructure services) on the legal grounds that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject", "data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" and "data processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation"

İİ. If you are a general participant, we can share your Identity Information (name, surname, nationality, Turkish ID number, passport number), Contact Information (phone number, e-mail), Personnel Information (title, institution title) and Audiovisual Recording Information (photograph) with domestic suppliers, business partners and service providers located in Turkey in order to receive service and consultancy support (technical maintenance, support and audit services, infrastructure services) on the legal grounds that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject", "data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" and "data processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation"

3. What are Your Rights?

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject in accordance with the "Directive on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Dr. Sadık Ahmet Cad. 8; 06100 Balgat, Ankara in writing or via e-mail to registration@antalyadf.org e-mail address.

İşbu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("Kanun") 10. maddesi kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanmıştır.

Diplomatik Forum Kayıt Süreci:
Üçüncü Antalya Diplomasi Forumu'na (ADF2024) katılma bilginizi kayıt altına almak, katılımcı listesini oluşturmak, Üçüncü Antalya Diplomasi Forumu programı hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek, Forum'daki bireysel oturumlar için sizi akredite etmek ve Forum kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek etkinlikler hakkında sizinle iletişim kurabilmek için kişisel verilerinizi işliyoruz.

Resmi heyet katılımcısı iseniz;

2. Kişisel verilerinizi kimlere ve hangi amaçla aktarabiliriz?

Bu çerçevede söz konusu kişisel verileriniz 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 8. maddesinin 2. fıkrası uyarınca yurt içinde ilgili üçüncü kişilere de aktarılabilecektir.

Resmi heyet katılımcısı iseniz; Kimlik Bilgilerinizi (ad, soyad, uyruk), İletişim Bilgilerinizi (telefon numarası, e-posta) ve Özlük Bilgilerinizi (unvan,  işyeri unvanı) hizmet ve danışmanlık desteği almak amacıyla (teknik bakım, destek ve denetim hizmeti alınması, altyapı hizmeti alınması)   yurt içinde bulunan tedarikçiler, iş ortakları ve hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması”, “Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması” ile “veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması” hukuki sebeplerine dayanarak

Genel katılımcı iseniz; Kimlik Bilgilerinizi (ad, soyad, uyruk, T.C. kimlik numarası, pasaport numarası) İletişim Bilgilerinizi (telefon numarası, e-posta) Özlük Bilgilerinizi (unvan, işyeri unvanı) ve Görsel ve İşitsel Kayıt Bilgilerinizi (fotoğraf) hizmet ve danışmanlık desteği almak amacıyla (teknik bakım, destek ve denetim hizmeti alınması, altyapı hizmeti alınması)  yurt içinde bulunan tedarikçiler, iş ortakları ve hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması”, “Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması” ile “veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması” hukuki sebeplerine dayanarak aktarmaktayız.

3. Haklarınız nelerdir?

Kanun'un ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen 11. maddesi kapsamındaki taleplerinizi "Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ" uyarınca T.C. Dışişleri Bakanlığı, Dr. Sadık Ahmet Cad. 8; 06100 Balgat, Ankara adresine yazılı olarak veya registration@antalyadf.org e-posta adresine e-posta yoluyla iletebilirsiniz.
